Last test for this sem..

tonite..thre is one more test that i need to sit for...it is a test of Financial Statement Analysis...a difficult subject to catch up...need a lot of patient to complete the cashflow...
Then...the real final exam will coming next week...
Dont be so stress ok...Pray to Allah n don ever2 forget to baca Al-Quran..n Solat Sunat n Hajat...maybe Solat Taubat juga..

last nite...i ve md a mistake in judge about BTN..i thought BTN will mk me feel bored..but then..i realized that BTN is not bored actually..the fasilitator has open up my mind...he has a gud communication n very well in briefing us last nite..
we all hv a great talk last nite...its about sejarah melayu...
its all about malay n islam..
Now...i know wht the purpose of this prgm...UiTM wanna try to mk us realized that don evr2 lupa asal-usul kita...
Once kita dah berjaya in future..bantulah adik2 kita yg akn berada d UiTM d mase kan dtg..
Dont ever2 forget to mk contribution to the place that has give u a lot of knowledgess and experiences..Bantulah org2 melayu utk lbh maju n bersedia memikul tggungjwb memelihara kedaulatan negara Malaysia..
the slideshow present mk me sad n cry..its all about penindasan terhadap org2 Islam..
Kita d Malaysia patut bersyukur atas kenikmatan n kemakmuran yg Allah kurniakan...tp dalm kite bersyukur, kite perlu juga mengingati saudara2 kita yg sedang dlm kesusahan,penderitaan,kesedihan,kelaparan...
one thing i really angry last nite is bcoz most of BTN parcipants mk noisy..they don gv a commitment in what fasilator talking about..inilah org melayu...it doesnt matter happen to others..dont happen to them sudah...huh...never think about other people..
inikah yg kerajaan harapkan dr graduan2 yg konon2 nye akan memimpin ngara??
they can get a great results but then their sense of thinking is so worst..

Tonite i'll 'investigate' (hehee) what for this prgm actually is..
i really2 know that this pgrm is so bored...every sem hv to attend..so, i know la..(it depends on fasilitator actually)
So..ill bring my ipod..so that ill not sleepy...this pgrm will take 2hours and half..from 8.30 until 11pm..oh God...give me a strength

yesterday nite..kitorg ada pre graduate nitez utk last year students..
actually last year student for those who r in part 6 now..but then, this dinner combined currently part 5 yg akn menjalani latihan industry sem dpn..
Dinner kat Renaissance Hotel..So near ngn my rental home..jln kaki pon boley..tp utk privacy mazween had invited us to join her naik kereta..we all just follow jek..we all tuh me, mas, deq n jaymie..
kalo diikutkan kata emcee,kitorg nih first batch yg akn graduate...
so,merangkap graduan sulong la dr UiTM Kampus Bandar Melaka..
Quite best...but persembahn agak kurg n hambar skit...maybe UiTM nak make it formal bcoz UiTM had invited Dato' Wira Ahmad Kaseh (if i'm not wrong, not so sure)
overall...PG Nitez BEST..

Recession is coming!!!

Make your own judgment, don't panic !! Do what is wise.

The recession looks very eminent. It is really time to take pro active steps to avoid a painful time in the next two years which is how long the recession is expected to last.

Suggestions:
1. Don't take any loans, buy homes, properties with loans, or even cash. Keep as much cash as possible.
2. Pay off as much of personal loans, private loans, as debt collection will be hastened.
3. Sell any stocks you can even at lower prices.
4. Take money off from Trust Funds.
5. Don't believe in huge sales forecast from customers, be extremely prudent, lowest inventories, reduce liabilities.
6. Don't invest in new capital.
7. If you are selling homes/ properties/ cars , do it now, when you can get good prices, they are going to fall.
8. Don't invest in new business proposals.
9. Cancel holiday plans using credit cards.
10. Don't change jobs, as companies will retrench based on 'last in first out'.

Stay cool, wait, and if you took all of the above actions and more, you probably will be better off then many.

Bear Stearns is the first of many banking and financial institutions that will start falling in the not too future. If Bear Stearns can fall, so can JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC, and the whole world.

US economy falls, the rest will crumble. India and all those self economies will be the most protected, but not gullible. Europe may be a little stronger, but not China , another giant!
